Kim Dooha

Contemporary Artist — Photography & Installation
[email protected] Sakai, Osaka, Japan Seedoo Inc.

Kim Dooha works across photography and site-specific installation, exploring how objects, bodies, and natural forms undergo dissolution. Beginning with childhood deprivation — a lost relative with no surviving photograph — Kim developed a practice of radical non-retouching: projecting personal interiority onto subjects while preserving their material truth unaltered. Working between Korea and Japan, Kim occupies a diasporic position where every subject is seen twice — as projection and as irreducible material fact.
